How it works
Instead of typing a code, you get a notification asking whether that sign-in is you. One tap and you are in.
That is faster than copying six digits, and safer: a code can be read aloud to someone on the phone, while a tap is bound to a specific login attempt. Phishing that defeats TOTP does not defeat push approval.
Should you install it by choice
Probably not. The rating is earned, but the strength lives in the enterprise half, which a private person does not have. As a personal TOTP app it is competent and unremarkable.
